Established in 1990, Kelway The overall design and construction period was limited by the need for Kelway to relocate from existing premises; it was therefore decided at the outset that the building should be designed around dry construction techniques with the external building cladding being completed at the same time as internal finishing trades. The building incorporates a 50mw P.V. array and achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.

This building received the award for 'Best Commercial/Community Development' at Peterborough Development and Environmental Awards 2012. It was also shortlisted for both the Commercial Category and the Design and Innovation Category at the East of England RICS Awards 2013.
Working in conjunction with David Turnock Architects and Artisan Developments (UK) Ltd a simple yet effective commercial planting scheme was provided of mainly rabbit resistant planting along with a maintenance schedule for the establishment and maintenance of the planting scheme.
