Project Description:
As part of the planning application for the proposed new development of Park Homes on the Maltings Lane site in Ellington, it was requested that a set of concept visuals were produced, showing the possible impact of the development on the area.
The site had already been used for light engineering, which had stopped at the time of the application and the site is now used for offices only.
The visuals were also required by the Highways Agency to understand site lines and assess the effect on the existing traffic calming procedures already in place.
It is understood that planning has now been submitted for small housing development on the site.
