Landscape Management Plans

For each site that we design, we can create management plans for both Landscape and Ecology, these are important tools to ensure the establishment of the planting scheme and how it develops over time. Landscape Management Plans are required by the local planning authority and undertaken by the client.

Environmental management plans are required where a site is known to be environmentally sensitive and due to both flora and fauna habitats. In each case, a survey is carried out by qualified environmentalists than in conjunction with environmental bodies research into the opportunities and constraints of a particular site is made. The resulting plan should ensure that the visual appeal, nature-conservation interests and, if relevant, the recreational value of the site, are all maximised in the long term.
