The Mad Moose
The Mad Moose Pub, Norwich
Location: The Mad Moose, Warwick Street, Norwich, Norfolk.

Project Description:
The Mad Moose is a stylish restaurant & bar with outdoor terrace, serving inventive British menus and cocktails a 'Gastro Pub' The Mad Moose promotes locally grown and sourced ingredients. “The social hub of Norwich’s Golden Triangle serving modern inventive dishes and on point drinks. An urban meeting place for breakfast, casual daytime dining, dinner time get-togethers and much more.”
The design brief was to provide a cool and shady beer garden that maximised the number of tables for outdoor dining in the summer months, the dining areas were to be screened using bamboo to provide enclosed and private spaces, large stone spherical water features were used to create a centrepiece in the middle of the space.
The front garden was planted using culinary herbs for use by the kitchen staff.
